December Gratitude #3

Give gratitude; don’t hold onto it.

Speak it.
Write it.

The more you express your gratitude, the more you notice all you have to be grateful for. It will help you realize how much you have and shift your focus on what you have. It will give you a sense of satisfaction and contentment.

Everyone is so obsessed with pursuing happiness. What most people don’t realize is that happiness is not external; it’s a state of mind.

What is happiness?

Happiness is defined by Merriam-Webster as:

1a: a state of well-being and contentment : joy
1b: a pleasurable or satisfying experience

2: felicity, aptness

3: obsolete : good fortune : prosperity

Attaining happiness is as easy as expressing your appreciation for everything and sharing your gratitude. Be grateful for everything in your life, good and bad.

Could it really be this simple?

Gratitude → Happiness?

You won’t know until you try it.
